Quite unusual for N&F to have a sullen server (young blonde/gold rim specs). Wasn't at all impressed by her demeanor at all especially after taking my order she does not go straight to get a carton for my food but instead whispers something to the barrista leaving me wondering if she was saying something about me... was she? I don't know and I don't really care but it's not a good look. Needs a bit more training in customer service as the other girls are very well trained and pleasant to deal with. Will order online next time as the in-house experience wasn't one that I would like to repeat anytime soon.
This is a great option for lunch. The menu is varied and the food is delicious. The coffee is fantastic! Great service too.
Great service, friendly staff, delicious food and great atmosphere to dine in and relax. I had a tasty flat white and Hashbrown Heaven!
25 minutes after ordering nachos and a burger I asked staff where our lunch was. Nachos suddenly arrived, cold and set solid, burger had been overlooked. Came out within 10 minutes, pink in the middle of the pattie. When we complained were given free drink vouchers. Both hot drinks were luke warm. Not a place I will visit again.
