    I’m only writing this as after quite a few years of coming to the Murray Bridge store and every year having to go through the same thing. We pay a lot of money for private health, so we only ever want to spend our yearly allowance from our fund provider. Every year these people try to upsell me and convince me that spending less on cheaper frames or lenses is not recommended. Then why do they sell cheaper alternatives? Do they not stand by their products? Really bad service, really bad attitudes from staff.

    Not happy with the staff that can't fill out forms correctly and make excuses for what was done

    Not impressed with attitude of several staff, quite abrupt & not very helpful and didn't get my details correct which caused even more time wasting. Went for eye test and was given a hearing test first without even been given option. Of course I failed it miserably as there was a machine/fan right next to me and that was pretty much all I could hear. Felt they were just trying to drum up business for audiologists. I realised they were busy but felt it was more like a production line. Ended up not ordering any new glasses as was not given enough assistance in choosing them & it was taking so long we had to leave for another appointment. Can't recommend them based on my experience and will be going elsewhere

    Not friendly to people from multicultural background. Had stood in the store for half an hour but no staff like to talk to us, while some were pretty casual. Finally we decided to turn to Mount Barker Specsavers.
