Worst customer service ever. I understand they were busy ATM but the barista refused to add sugar syrup to my coffee which i asked before pay! Im not asking for the best but the lady has to change her attitude.im going to make a formal complain to OTR for sure. Visit time : 1st of May 1230pm
Excellent service by Zilli (I hope I got it right) been there today afternoon with my family. Best hot chocolate and flat white (hard to find good flat white) both prepared by another experienced team member very polite and friendly. OTR Murray Bridge, Adelaide road you made my day. I wish I could give you more stars. Keep up the good work team. Thanka
