Was disappointed in price. Instead of quoting the simple job before doing it, they just did the job. Which I was ok with as I wasn't expecting it to be so expensive. I was billed by email. When querying the bill I was told they charge $110 just to travel to Mannum from Murray Bridge. I nearly fell off my chair. If I had been told that they charge that sort of money to drive 29km I certainly wouldn't have used this business. I won't be recommending Ridleys Plumbing to anyone. Woman on the phone when querying Bill was quite abrupt and rude too.
Dealt with Jodie and the team at Ridley plumbing several times, they have gone above and beyond to help us with emergencies and after hours pick up for pumps (as traveling from Adelaide its hard to get there in office hours). They genuinely care about their everyday customers not just their big ones - Thanks
