They advertise houses for sale that are under contract and don't reply to offers made, in fact I waited 6 days until I phoned the office, only to be told by young office clerk that they don't ever advertise as under offer or under contract in case it falls through. Strange that as most other agents do as a courtesy, so as not to waste buyers time driving out there from Adelaide. Obviously they just want names on their mailing lists and don't really give toss about potential buyers.
Does not advertise houses under contract nor do they respond to emails regarding those houses. So if you're after a house to buy be prepared for it to be under contract and waste your time and hopes. Not until you actually get the time to call do you find this out. Young girl answers phone and was a bit rude when I asked why its still advertised for sale. Id say use a different real estate agent if wanting a murray bridge team.
I found my dealings with Ray White Real Estate Agents at Murray Bridge to be pleasing and proffessional. This was from the Front Counter Staff through to the Agents. The couple of times I attended their offices they treated me with respect and were prompt in dealing with my questions and requirements. I would recommend them to anybody interested in purchasing a house.
Donna treated me with respect & was upbeat & prompt with answers to my queries that enabled me to feel confident in her. Nothing was too hard for Donna & she goes that extra mile to make me feel as if I was the most important person in the world & the sale of my land was the most important transaction as well!!! Donna is professional, friendly, always polite & smiling that radiant smile!!! Donna always had time in her busy day. Donna is a credit to the Ray White Team!!!
