The ambience in the dining room was nice. The Oyster Kilpatrick were the best I have had in quite sometime, the steak was very tender & staff were very obliging. Definitely wirh popping in.
Won't be going there again. The meal was great, the service excellent. But a group of 4 Bogans hired by the pub tried to rattle cages by removing tables and chairs while I'm sitting waiting for a taxi. More professionalism would have been appreciated.
They have a great vegan menu. The Cajun cauliflower is brilliant haven't tried the burger or shnitty yet but certainly will!
We recently had some drinks here and stayed the night upstairs. The room was clean, a comfortable bed and it was reasonably priced. Our room was just a walk across the hall to a beautiful large traditional balcony overlooking parts of Murray Bridge and the river in the distance. We were allowed to use the off street parking and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We had a fun time sitting outside with some drinks and talking with people from interstate. Next time will stay for a meal. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
We were able to get a table for four on a Friday night without prior notice, which is great. Service was good, meals were generous in portion and quite good. Prices were not too bad. Nice atmosphere, though a little noisy, so it was difficult to hear each other chat. But overall a nice place, would recommend.
