Went through Michael when we became stranded in lock down and needed a car asap! One word for Michael.. Easy. He went out of his way to help me and my husband with meeting us in the middle so we could see the car, organise everything and afterwards when we went back to add extras. Also the other friendly staff helped me with car seats and extras I hate doing, including getting my car back a second time clean, fresh and amazing. Highly recommended.
Worst experience ever, totally different attitude towards the customers. Approachable when there are other customers around, very disrespectful if you are the only one there. The best they can do is print the invoice and press the EFTPOS machine. Paid hundreds of dollars $$$ for no solution at all. No professionalism whatsoever!! If you're looking to buy a new car, definitely search for other places. This place is strongly NOT recommended!!!

Took my car in for its scheduled service, the car was almost complete when I arrived to pick it up, they just had to wash it. I was a little let down by the quality but a quick chat to Kym had it booked in again for a clean again today. They picked it up from my workplace and returned it a few hours later. Thanks for the clean.
