Called the previous night for a taxi to work at 7am as I started at 8am.. waited until 7:15 gave them a call to see how far off they would be just so I could call work and let them know I'd be late.. Every time I called i got hung up on, tried 5 times.. got to 730 and rang work to tell them id be late, gave them another 10 minutes and rang the other taxi company to come and get me, am now waiting down the main st for another taxi company, a whole hour I've waited for RT and nothing, haven't even seen their car drove past at all. No phone call no text. Will never use again.
I normally use this service to get around Murray bridge after tonight's service I won't be using this service again I am not going to name and shame people but the driver I had was so rude went to pay for my taxi fair and I said can I use so much on my card and the rest in coin. Well he let me of 80 cent instead and said don't worry about it but then abused me saying next time make sure U have the correct change I'm sick and tired of people doing this. Then flew out my drive and flew up the road hey not fault U having a bad day
