Amazing customer service! Was treated with respect and the staff were really nice. Although it was a little annoying when the app was down and I was their longer then expected but I understand that they can't do much about that.
Wife went there to draw cash out she forgot her mask .bank should have some for sale if people forget or for free think they can afford it.Instead told her to use the atm I've told her to never use them for safety reasons really annoyed this happened wouldn't want to happen again
fantastic service, it doesn't matter how busy staff are I have never felt as though I was being hurried, very caring and always keen to ask 'is there anything else I can help you with today' regardless of whether you are the only customer or there are people waiting behind you..certainly compares well with my experience in other banks.
