    I went in today on the 27th October with my service dog and my money goes into my mum's bank to help me handle it and the lady that served me tried taking the card and destroying it and said it was fraud because I wasn't the card holder. Like why did you feel the need to try bully me when you clearly seen I had a disability. Oh and I'm banned from the bank forever. I know I wasn't the card holder but it's still my money that goes into my mum's account to help me. I will be taking this further to because no-one should be treated like that especially someone with a service dog that doesn't need the hassle. You will not get away with this. Edit: today I spoke to someone and having a interview as someone wants to hear my story. I bet you regret being a bully now.

    Never have enough staff on, takes ages when making deposits, a company that makes billions of $$ in profits can afford a few more staff to make the banking experience a bit more pleasant

    Regular visits have proven to be frustrating. Staff are more committed to their own conversations about lasts nights dinner rather than you standing there waiting for service. I now use the outside atm and find it more responsive and faster than walking in.
