Staff were friendly and helpful except for the chubby english manager with poor eyesight. He was very unhelpful and rude. It seems as though he either hates his life and job or he takes pleasure in being a control freak. If you have an enquiry that requires manager assistance I would suggest making the journey elsewhere as it will probably be a more pleasant experience :)
