Was upgraded a phone and then told no case for it in stock.but was still paying for it. Then phone slipped out of my hand so I took it in to repair and manager walked up and said the case is here. .Don't sell phones without the case
Very helpful and informative staff... Just transferred from another carrier and they were very patient and answered all my concerns honestly and weren't pushy sales people...
